Jonathan Spencer, Managing Director
In early 2000’s Jonathan’s interest in building led him to change his career and embark on a learning curve, engaging in all disciplines associated with the building contracting industry.
Jonathan is now very experienced in delivering residential and commercial construction services to a variety of project types. He has a history of exceeding client expectations.
Jonathan has set up a large network of sub contractors who are “best in class”. He has a successful history in the selection and procurement of specialist consultants and contractors, mirroring this success Project Managing, planning and scheduling multiple construction projects.
Today, Jonathan takes responsibility for site sourcing, architect liaison, project management and quality control.
Glen Crickmar, Contracts Manager
Glen started as a Carpenter with his father’s Company in 1980. Subsequently undertaking refurbishments and conversions for Circle 33 and L&Q, in and around London.
Glen then went on to run his own building company concentrating on renovations and extensions. Ambitious to expand his skill sets, he moved on to a larger company as a Site Manager delivering new builds across London and the South East.
Over the last 15 years Glen has run large new build projects, including blocks of flats with underground car parks, town houses & PD developments including turning commercial blocks into luxury flats, adding extra floors to create Penthouses.
Lee Coles, Contracts Manager
Lee has been in the construction industry for over 25 years.
He founded and ran his own electrical contracts company for 15 years before becoming a construction manager and then Director of a large construction company, overseeing projects throughout London with responsibility for sites with up to 150 staff.
In the last 4 years Lee has been instrumental in the completion of 4 large new build and PD Schemes in North and West London.
Simon Bingham, Commercial Director
Simon is an active Business Development professional, and has engaged with a number of major UK and overseas companies in the Property Investment, Healthcare, Defence, Aviation and Oil & Gas Services sectors.
He is experienced in sourcing and structuring appropriate funding for infrastructure projects and has previously assisted in providing long term financial solutions for governments in South East Asia and Africa. Simon is, supported by a network of institutional and HNW investors, lenders and key advisers.
Simon has worked with Jonathan for over twenty years.
He has also established a number of new businesses. Flofuel, a niche investment vehicle focusing on companies in fuel storage and delivery systems, and a resource recovery company using proven technology to convert waste rubber and plastics to oil for power generation purposes.
Stephen Clifford, Financial Director
Stephen is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
He is an experienced Finance Director and a Company Secretary having undertaken a number of roles for private and public companies with a broad range of international activities, some of whom are publicly listed.
In 2000 he founded Clifford & Co, an accountancy and company secretarial practice. He worked successfully with Commercial Clients and assisted them in all aspects of their current and previous banking.
Steve Lewis, Contracting General Manager
Steve started his career as a decorator learning the trade from the ground up, giving him an intimate hands on knowledge of all aspects of the painting & decorating industry.
For the past fifteen years, Steve has worked in senior management for some of the most prolific contracting companies in London.
Steve has extensive experience in the application of specialist coatings and a proven track record of delivering large, programme driven projects across London and the South-East earning him a reputation as a dependable, conscientious manager capable of undertaking the most complex of projects.
Steve has experienced site managers and teams of first-class decorators, many of whom have have worked with him for over ten years ensuring that any work that he oversees is of the highest standard.
Stuart Chapman, Business Development Manager
Stuart has over a decade of experience in business development across a range of industries and has significant expertise in the construction field.
He has previously worked with main contractors, as well as specialist subcontractors in Air Conditioning, Painting and Decorating, and Stonemasonry.
Stuart joins the Centurion team to help build new relationships with key architect contacts and support the continued growth of the business.
